Our blends are modeled to fit the occasion and developed specifically for our cafe. For the Fall Blend we strived to find a balance between sweet and juicy versus warm and crisp to help ease us from the humid summer to chilly autumn. This blend of Colombia Nariño honey, Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Kochere washed, and Ethiopia Limu washed should hit the spot for a hike in the woods, an apple picking trip, or a beautiful fall morning. Notes of spiced apples, dried berries, graham cracker, and a slight umami finish.
