Finca El Jardín was founded by Eusebio del Cid over a century ago, and has been run by his family over the course of 4 generations.  Situated near the Pacaya Volcano in Antigua, Guatemala, the unique soil paired with cutting edge processing makes for a distinct and delicious cup.  Featuring a light body and a medium-light acidity, this Pacamara microlot boasts tasting notes of pink lady apple, honeydew, pear, and a hint of cashew.
