Kenya is well known for the unique profile that was cultivated through decades of dedication to quality. The Privam Estate, run by Patrick and Rita Makundi, is truly a family affair employing some of their parents, brothers, sisters, cousins, and children. The 23 acres were accrued over two generations are well taken care of as is the coffee grown on it. Their dedication to quality helped them to attain a pulping license in 2018 allowing them to wet mill on premises rather than rely on the local cooperative. This full bodied highly complex coffee, does not disappoint with bright grapefruit acidity and blackcurrant finish.
