Our blends are modeled to fit the occasion and developed specifically for our café.  The Valentine's Blend is a mix of a natural Ethiopia, natural Colombia, and washed Uganda to match the smooth sweetness of the season.  This blend features tasting notes of milk chocolate, malt, and muddled dark fruits.
